What a conversation with the assistant looks like
You do not need to learn options or codes. You write what you have, and the service tells the assistant what is possible and checks the result.
This is only an example; the answers depend on the assistant itself.

How to connect the service to an assistant
Connecting takes about two minutes; no registration or key is required. On a separate page for users we have put together a step-by-step guide with the menu item names in Claude and ChatGPT, window diagrams and ready-made phrases for your first chat.
In short: in Claude, go to Customize, Connectors, Add custom connector, address https://mplifts.com.ua/mcp, authentication No sign in. In ChatGPT, go to Plugins, Add custom MCP server, the same address, No authentication. For Claude Code, in one line: claude mcp add --transport http mplifts https://mplifts.com.ua/mcp
For a custom GPT: Configure, Actions, Create new action, Import from URL: https://mplifts.com.ua/openapi.json. Any other MCP client will work if it supports Streamable HTTP; calls without MCP follow the OpenAPI schema.

In addition to these twelve tools, the service provides two ready-made prompts, pidibraty-lift and zalyshyty-zapyt, as well as resources: llms.txt, llms-full.txt and the text of every page of the site.
8Rules
What the service requires of the assistant
- Do not invent prices. We calculate the cost after a site survey; the service holds no prices.
- Do not send a request without consent. First show the person the data, then submit it.
- Check the configuration. The rules are the same as in the configurator on the site, so an incompatible combination will not pass.
- Stick to the catalogue. The service only knows what is in our configurator and does not offer other manufacturers’ models.
Requests are rate-limited per IP address and per phone number so that the service cannot be used for spam.

Questions about AI assistants
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol through which an AI assistant accesses external services. Our MCP server runs at https://mplifts.com.ua/mcp and gives the assistant the configurator option catalogue, configuration checks, 3D links and request submission with your consent. Connection for users is described on the AI assistant page.
Is there a charge?
The mplifts.com.ua service for AI assistants is free; no registration or key is required. Whether you can connect your own services depends on your Claude or ChatGPT plan.
Will the assistant tell me the price of a lift?
No, our service holds no lift prices, and it explicitly asks the assistant not to invent them, because we calculate the cost for your shaft after a site survey. If the assistant does name a figure, it is not our data.
Will a request be sent without my knowledge?
It should not. Before a request, the service requires the assistant to show you the data and obtain your explicit consent. Only your name and phone number are needed, and the request reaches us in the same way as one from the site form.
Who sees my conversation?
Your assistant’s service stores the conversation under its own rules. We only receive its calls: search, configuration check and the request, if you have approved it. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I rely on the assistant’s answer?
Treat the assistant’s answer only as a pointer for your choice: it may relay the data inaccurately, and a configuration is not yet a design. We make the final check against the drawing and after a site survey.
