It works in Claude or ChatGPT, which you already use. You describe the building in plain words, and the assistant selects an MP lift from our catalogue, shows the car in 3D and, with your consent, passes your request on to us. No registration with us is needed, and connecting takes about two minutes.

What connecting gives you

The assistant gains access to our MP lift catalogue and the 3D configurator rules. Then you talk to it as you always do.

Technically, this kind of connection is called MCP. It is an open standard by which an assistant accesses a third-party service at an address, and for you it is a single address to add once in the settings.

  • You describe the building in your own words. How many floors, whether there is a shaft, who will use the lift. You do not need to know option names or codes.
  • The assistant selects from our catalogue. The same models and options as in the 3D configurator on the website, and the same compatibility rules.
  • Checks whether such a car is possible. If a combination is incompatible, it corrects it and explains what it has changed.
  • Gives you a link to the car in 3D. You open it in your browser, view it from all sides and carry on changing it yourself.
  • Tells you whether we can reach your city. Bases in Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv, a crew in Kyiv, other locations by arrangement.
  • With your consent, passes your request on to us. It first shows exactly what it will send and asks whether to send it.

How this differs from an ordinary chat

Without a connection, the assistant answers from memory, from whatever it once read about lifts. It may mix up models or invent specifications. With a connection, it takes data from our service and checks the configuration against the same rules as the configurator on the website. It does not quote prices, because we calculate the cost for your shaft after a site survey.

Who it is for

A homeowner considering a lift for two or three floors. The chair of a homeowners’ association (OSBB) who needs to replace an old lift in an existing shaft. A developer, architect or site manager choosing a lift for a project who wants to see the car in 3D straight away.

How to connect: step by step

Choose the assistant you use. Menu item names in these services change from time to time: if yours is named differently, look for the words Connectors, Apps, Plugins or MCP, or call us.

Claude: the simplest route

Works on the free Free plan, where you can add one custom connector, as well as on Pro, Max, Ultra, Team and Enterprise. On Team and Enterprise, the connector is added by the account owner (Owner). Connect at claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app.

  1. Open Customize, then Connectors.Or go straight to claude.ai/customize/connectors.
  2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. In the Name field, enter “Lift selection”, paste the address below and click Continue.https://mplifts.com.ua/mcp
  4. Under Authentication, select No sign in and click Add.The connector will appear in the list.
  5. In the chat, click + on the left below the message field, open Connectors and turn on “Lift selection”.
  6. Paste the first phrase from the section below.Before calling a tool, Claude may ask for permission. Allow is safe here: the service only reads the catalogue, and a request reaches us only after your consent.

ChatGPT: browser on a computer only

According to OpenAI’s help pages, custom MCP servers are available on the Business, Enterprise and Edu plans, where they are added by an admin, the owner or a member with permission. On Plus and Pro the feature is being rolled out gradually: check whether the Plugins page has a button for a custom server. On the free plan it is usually not there, and the mobile app has no way to connect at all. If you do not have this button, use Claude on the free plan, the 3D configurator or the short form at the bottom of the page.

  1. Open chatgpt.com in a browser on your computer, then go to Plugins.
  2. Click +, then Add custom MCP server.
  3. Enter a name and, optionally, a description. Under Connection, paste the address.https://mplifts.com.ua/mcp
  4. Authentication: No authentication. Tick I understand and want to continue.
  5. Click Create as a plugin, review the tools and install the plugin.The + button in your personal plugins.
  6. In a new chat, type @ in the message field and select the plugin.Before passing your request on to us, ChatGPT will ask for confirmation.

Other assistants

Any assistant that can connect an external MCP server by address via Streamable HTTP will do. In its settings, look for the words Connectors, Apps, Plugins or MCP, paste the address and specify that no sign-in is required. We do not give detailed steps for such assistants, as their menus differ.

What happens after the request

A request via the assistant reaches us in the same way as one from the website form. The assistant does not quote prices: we calculate the cost for your shaft after a site survey.

Questions from first-time users

Do I need to install anything?

No. You add the service address in the settings of the assistant you already use. No programs, extensions or registration on our website are needed.

Is it free? Which plan do I need?

Our service is free; no key or registration is required. In Claude, you can add a custom connector on the free Free plan (one connector) as well as on paid plans. In ChatGPT, custom MCP servers are available on the Business, Enterprise and Edu plans; on Plus and Pro they are being rolled out gradually, and on the free plan they are usually not available.

My menu looks different.

Services change the names of menu items from time to time. Look for the words Connectors, Apps, Plugins or MCP: the address field will be there. If you cannot find it, call +38 (063) 283-31-48 and we will help.

Do I need to type MP or the service name in the chat?

No. Write about the lift in plain words, for example “which lift should I install in a three-storey house”. Claude with the connector turned on accesses the service by itself when the conversation is about lifts. In ChatGPT, you need to select the plugin with @ in your message; that is how ChatGPT works. If the assistant still answers without the service, ask it: “use the lift selection service”.

I added the address, but the assistant does not see any tools.

In Claude, check that the connector is turned on in the + menu below the message field. In ChatGPT, start a new chat and type @ to select the plugin. If the assistant still answers from memory, ask it directly: “use the mplifts service”.

Can I do this on my phone?

Adding a connector in Claude is easier on a computer, at claude.ai or in the app. In ChatGPT, connecting only works in a browser on a computer; it is not available in the mobile app.

Can the company see my conversations?

No. The conversation is stored by your assistant’s service under its own rules. All that reaches us are the assistant’s requests to the service, i.e. searches and configuration checks, and the request you approved: your name, phone number and whatever you allowed to be passed on. More details in the privacy policy.

Can I rely on the assistant’s answer?

Treat it as a pointer to help you choose. The assistant takes data from our service but may relay it inaccurately, and a configured lift is not yet a design. We make the final check of everything against the drawing and after the site survey.

The assistant gave a price. Is that your price?

No. The service contains no prices, and it asks the assistant not to make them up. We calculate the cost for your shaft after a free site survey.

Can I disconnect the service later?

Yes, at any time. In Claude: Customize, Connectors, Remove next to the connector. In ChatGPT, the plugin is removed on the same Plugins page. If you have sent us a request, your data can be deleted on request, as described in the privacy policy.

Could not connect. What should I do?
