Turnkey lift
A turnkey lift means that the site survey, design, construction works, supply, installation, commissioning documents and maintenance are all handled by one company. We have our own architect, construction and installation crews, and 20 years of experience. We take on the most complex projects turnkey together with a partner such as MP.

Who exactly will come to your site
A “turnkey lift” often means one manager and several subcontractors the client does not know. Our architect, builders and installers are all employed by the company, and one firm is responsible for all the work.
- ArchitectOur architect fits the lift into the building before construction works begin, determining where the shaft will go, how it will look in the hall or on the facade and what needs to be strengthened.
- Construction crewBuilds the pit and headroom, strengthens floor slabs, erects attached steel-frame shafts and does the glazing. With us, the construction works and the lift installation are a single job, so there is no need to coordinate them between different firms.
- Installation crewInstalls and adjusts the lift, then hands it over to the client. We have bases in Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv, and an installation crew in Kyiv as well.
Eight stages from site survey to start-up
The sequence of works is always the same. We do not give timeframes in days here, because they depend on the building; we will give them after the site survey.
- Site surveyWe come and survey the shaft, or the space for it, free of charge. If there is no shaft yet, we inspect the walls, floor slabs and what lies beneath them.
- Choosing the liftWe select an MP model for your building, build the car in the 3D configurator and calculate the cost.
- DesignOur architect shows how the lift will fit into the building. The manufacturer prepares the lift drawing for your project, and we take the final dimensions from it.
- Construction worksThe pit, headroom, structural strengthening, frame and glazing are done by our crews. If the shaft already exists and matches the drawing, this stage is not needed.
- SupplyThe lift is manufactured in Spain. Together with the equipment we receive EU declarations, safety component certificates, manuals, diagrams and a document of origin.
- InstallationThe lift is installed by our crew in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, and we hold our own State Labour Service permit. We prepare the Ukrainian voice announcements and signage ourselves.
- Assessment and commissioningThe lift undergoes conformity assessment under the Technical Regulation on Lifts of Ukraine (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 438). We prepare the commissioning documents.
- MaintenanceAfter start-up we maintain the lift ourselves and order spare parts through the manufacturer’s service portal. More details on the Service and spare parts page.
Complex projects we take on
We work both on ordinary projects and where a standard lift will not fit or the building has special requirements. Below are such cases and what we do in each of them.
- There is no shaft at all. We build an attached shaft on a steel frame, glazed or clad.
- Tight shaft. MP Flex fits a shaft from 885 mm wide. If the shaft is narrower still, we ask the manufacturer for an adaptation.
- The pit cannot be deepened. MP Mobi needs a pit from 200 mm, and other models have reduced-pit versions under EN 81-21.
- Lift replacement in an occupied building. We install a new lift in an existing shaft while people live and work nearby.
- Glass shaft in a hall. We are preparing a 630 kg MP panoramic lift of this kind with three stops for the drama theatre in Ivano-Frankivsk.
- Hospital. The car must hold a bed and an attendant, and wards must keep working without interruption. This is what MP hospital bed lifts are for.
- Heritage building. Both we and the manufacturer have experience of this. At the Palace of Charles V in the Alhambra, MP installed a glass car without changing the shaft structure.
Why the manufacturer is needed on a complex project. Almost always a request has to be sent to the factory, for example because of a non-standard shaft, a special car or project-specific glass. MP makes not only standard lifts but also custom-designed lifts at its own factories in Seville and Zaragoza, so we carry out such work together with MP.
Examples of our shafts: Chernivtsi and Dolyna
In Chernivtsi we installed a panoramic lift with an attached shaft for the Regional State Administration, and in Dolyna a panoramic lift with a glass shaft. Everything from the foundations to the glazing was done by our crews. The equipment on these projects is from other manufacturers, not MP, so we show them only as construction and installation experience.

Maintenance after start-up
After the acceptance certificate is signed, we continue to maintain the lift we supplied.
We order spare parts from the manufacturer by part number. We check availability for each item and give the delivery time to Ukraine for each specific part.
The ecoGO controller can be serviced remotely via the sigma4lifts platform. Access requires registration, and the scope depends on the option ordered.

Questions about turnkey work
Can I order installation only, without construction works?
Yes, you can order installation of the lift only. If the shaft is ready and matches the drawing, we do not carry out construction works. We do a free site survey in any case, because without it we cannot give either the cost or the exact dimensions.
Who is responsible if the shaft does not match the lift?
We are, because the site survey, shaft and installation are all carried out by one company. You will not have to work out which of three contractors is at fault.
Where do you work?
PE SRBK PORTAL has bases in Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv, and an installation crew works in Kyiv. We already have projects in ten regions: Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Zakarpattia, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkasy and Dnipropetrovsk. Work in other regions is discussed separately.
How long does such a project take?
The duration of a turnkey project depends on the construction works, the delivery of the specific configuration and the condition of the building, so we do not state it in advance. It will be given in the proposal we prepare after the site survey.
What document will I receive for the lift?
Before commissioning, the lift undergoes conformity assessment under the Technical Regulation on Lifts of Ukraine (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 438), and we prepare the commissioning documents. Together with the equipment we hand over EU declarations of conformity and safety component certificates, installation and maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and an EUR.1 certificate of origin or an origin declaration on the invoice.
