Who comes out for maintenance

Our crew comes to carry out maintenance. The same people install lifts, so they know how they are assembled.

5Controller

The MP ecoGO controller monitors its own electronics and batteries. The technician sees the status on the graphical console and can run the lift in TEST mode at rated speed.

If the power fails, the MP GO car travels to the nearest stop by itself and opens the doors. Automatic rescue is included as standard, and there are also two electrically assisted manual modes.

Through the MP sigma4lifts platform you can monitor the controller in real time, receive fault notifications, change settings, run diagnostics and update the firmware. Access requires registration on the platform, and the scope depends on the option ordered.

5Existing lift

Where we start if an MP lift is already installed

First we find out exactly which lift is installed and what documents exist for it, because MP lifts in Ukraine have been installed by various companies.

Model and serial numberThey are in the lift’s technical passport. Send them to us by email or messenger, together with the city.
The documents and the lift itselfWe review the manuals, diagrams and logbook. If necessary, we come to the site.
Our answerWe tell you whether we will take on the lift straight away, after repairs, or not at all, and explain why.
ContractThe scope of work, frequency and cost for your lift are set out in the contract.

What we do not promise

Spare parts to Ukraine within a day. The delivery time depends on whether the part is in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse and on shipping, so we give it separately for each part.
Free monitoring. The scope of sigma4lifts depends on the option ordered and requires registration on the platform.
Warranty periods on the website. They are set out in the contract for the specific lift.
Maintenance sight unseen. We first look at the lift and the documents, then set out the terms.

Service questions

Our MP lift was installed by another company. Will you take it on for maintenance?

MP lifts in Ukraine have been installed by various companies, so we promise nothing sight unseen. Send us the model, serial number and city, and we will look at the documents and the lift itself and tell you whether we can maintain it.

How long does a spare part take?

The lead time depends on whether the part is in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse. We check availability by part code and give the delivery time to Ukraine for the specific part.

Can the lift be monitored remotely?

Yes, a lift with an ecoGO controller can be serviced remotely via the MP sigma4lifts platform. Access requires registration, and the scope depends on the option ordered.

What happens if the power goes off?

The MP GO car travels to the nearest stop by itself and opens the doors. For other models we check separately.

Will the signage and voice announcements in the car be in Ukrainian?

Yes. We prepare the voice announcements and display text in Ukrainian ourselves for each lift, as the standard factory set does not include Ukrainian.
