Privacy policy
We only require your name and phone number, because without them we cannot call you back. Here we explain what data reaches us, why it is needed and how to delete it.

Who is responsible for the data
Private Enterprise “Specialised Repair and Construction Company PORTAL”, EDRPOU 33860532. Head office: Premises 95, 15 Vynohradna St, Krykhivtsi village, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, 76493. Send all questions about data to info@mplifts.com.ua.
What we receive when you submit a request
- Required: name and phone number. Without them we cannot call you back.
- Optional: email, city, message text, files (PDF, JPG, PNG), the car configuration you built and its image.
- Technical: the page from which the request was sent, the address of the page you came from, advertising campaign tags in the link, the time and the IP address. The IP address is needed to limit the number of requests and filter out spam.
Why we need this data
The data is needed to contact you, calculate the lift and prepare a contract if you decide to conclude one. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). We do not use requests for mailings and do not sell them.
Where the data is stored and who can see it
The request is written to a file on the website server, outside the public folder, then goes into our customer relationship management system (CRM) and, if needed, into notifications to staff by email or messenger. It is seen by the staff who process requests. Hosting, email and CRM providers may have technical access only within the scope of their services. If you provided an email address, we will send a confirmation to it.
How long we keep the data
As long as needed to process the request and perform the contract, and thereafter as long as the law requires. If no contract is concluded and you ask us to delete the data, we delete it.
Configurator and browser
The 3D configurator runs in your browser. Your car selection is stored in the link and in browser storage and is not sent anywhere until you submit a request yourself. A photo used as the background behind the car stays in your browser, so a request with such a background reaches us without the car image. The site also keeps service data in browser storage: whether sound is on, the ID of the current request so that it is not sent twice, and the advertising link tags while the tab is open.
The site does not set advertising cookies.
Visitor statistics
To understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from, the site has used Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) since 7 November 2026. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies and receives the page address, referral source, advertising link tags, device and browser type, approximate city based on the IP address, and the events “request sent” and “phone number or messenger clicked”. Your name, phone number, email and request text are not passed to Google. We only see the data in aggregated reports, and no individual can be identified from them. You can disable analytics with a blocker or the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.
Videos and messengers
Until you click on a video, your browser does not contact YouTube, because the preview image is stored on our site. After you click, the youtube-nocookie.com player starts, and Google’s rules apply from then on. Links to Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp open those services, and correspondence there is governed by their own rules.
AI assistants
If you have connected our service to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, the conversation is stored by the assistant’s provider under its own rules. What reaches us are the assistant’s queries and, if you agreed, a request with your name and phone number. More details on the page for AI assistants.
Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent and request its deletion. Write to info@mplifts.com.ua or call +38 (063) 283-31-48. A complaint can be filed with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
