What wears out first in a goods lift car
- FloorC04 chequer plate steel sheet. Trolley wheels do not slip on it, and the surface does not wear through as rubber can.
- WallsThe bumper rail takes impacts at pallet and hand truck height. There is no mirror in the goods lift car.
- ButtonsDardo is a flat protected button, IP64, EN 81-71 cat. 1. Warehouse dust does not harm it, and it can be pressed with gloves on.
“One call at a time” mode

This car uses universal mode: the lift serves one call at a time. In a warehouse this matters more than speed, because nobody can stop a loaded car on the way, and the doors will not open at an intermediate floor.
Centre-opening doors give a wide clear opening: 1300-2500 mm depending on the load, according to the manufacturer’s catalogue. Landing doors are supplied primed and painted on site to match the wall. A car height of 2200 mm instead of the typical 2100 mm gives extra room for a tall pallet. Three stops are shown as an example; they are easy to change in the configurator.
Models for a 2000 kg load
Two main models suit a two-tonne load. MP Mega is gearless, for 26 persons. According to the manufacturer’s table, the outer car dimensions are 1500 × 2700 mm without a machine room or 2000 × 2100 mm with one, with a 1400 mm pit and 3800 mm headroom. MP Hydro is hydraulic, 0.5 m/s, with a 2000 × 2500 mm car, a 2950 × 2500 mm shaft and a 1300 mm pit. For three stops, a hydraulic lift is often the better fit.
It will also suit a restaurant kitchen, but this is a full-size car, as MP does not make small kitchen dumbwaiters.

Check your pallet in the car
In 3D you can roughly assess how much space is left to the walls and doors. Send us the weight and dimensions of the load and the number of trips, and we will select a model.
