Why powder-coated steel
The Viliter series is MP’s economy option: powder-coated steel instead of stainless steel. The walls are not glossy and are cleaned with an ordinary cleaning agent, and instead of expensive stone the floor is 3 mm rubber.
We chose K19 yellow because in a school or nursery a child easily finds a bright car, and in an outpatient clinic it does not look like a service lift. If the building needs a calmer colour, the same series offers white, grey, beige, blue and green.
Bumper rail, buttons and floor
- Bumper railSteel strips on the walls take impacts from rucksacks, trolleys and cleaning equipment. In the Viliter series they are supplied with the walls.
- Stone buttonsVandal-resistant button, EN 81-71 cat. 2, IP54, with Braille. It withstands blows from keys and wet cleaning.
- Dark rubberR61 “black concrete” covering. Marks from street shoes are less visible on a dark surface, and a worn covering can be replaced without redoing the floor.
Car size and accessibility
The car is designed for a standard MP GO rated at 800 kg and ten persons; its outer dimensions are 1200 × 1500 mm, with a 900 mm clear opening. Inside it is no smaller than the 1.1 × 1.4 m required by clause 6.3.3.2 of DBN V.2.2-40:2018 (Ukrainian building code) for public buildings, so we do not offer a 630 kg car (1100 × 1400 mm outside) for a school. The EN 81-70 option is enabled, so there is Braille, a handrail on the side wall and voice announcements. The mirror above the handrail helps when reversing out. We confirm clear wheelchair entry against the internal dimension drawing.
For a hospital where beds are moved, this size is too small; there you need a deeper hospital bed lift car. This option suits outpatient clinics, medical practices, schools and nurseries.
