4How it works
How the 3D lift configurator works
The tour starts in the lobby, in front of closed doors. You press the call button, the doors open, you step in and turn to face the exit. The camera is at eye level, 1.6 m, and does not distort the perspective, so you see the car as a passenger will.
- SelectionThe selection consists of ten steps: purpose, appearance, walls, mirror, ceiling, floor, doors, panel, shaft and summary. If you do not know the answer, click “don’t know” and move on. For specialists there is an “All options” mode.
- CheckThe mirror shows the car, and behind the glass you can show the city or a photo of your lobby. You can place a person, a wheelchair, a hospital bed, a sofa or a pallet in the car. This is an approximate check; an engineer will confirm the final dimensions from the drawing.
- SavingA code such as MP-7K2QF can be read out over the phone, the link sent via Viber or Telegram, and the PDF spec sheet printed for a homeowners’ association meeting. No contact details are needed for this.

Car finishes and options in the configurator
Guide rail brackets and similar components are selected by an engineer; everything else is on the panel. If options cannot be combined, the panel explains why.

We calculate the cost of the car you have configured here for your shaft. The site survey, building works and installation are carried out by our own crews. We select the model to suit the shaft: MP lift models, lift and shaft dimensions.

Questions about the configurator
What is a 3D lift configurator?
The 3D configurator on mplifts.com.ua is a free online lift designer that runs in your browser. In it you can build an MP lift car, view it from all sides and step inside. The finished design can be saved as a link or sent to us; no registration is required.
Do I need to register or leave a phone number to see the car?
No, you do not need to register in the 3D configurator. The car opens straight away, and you can save it as a link, a code or a PDF spec sheet. We ask for your name and phone number only when you click “Send” yourself, so that an engineer can call you back.
How much will the lift I configured cost?
There are no prices in the configurator, because the amount depends on the shaft, the stops, the travel and the finishes. We give an exact figure after the site survey, and both the survey and the calculation are free. Read more about what makes up the cost.
I don’t know the shaft dimensions. Can I still send a request?
Yes, you can send the configuration without the shaft dimensions. Every technical field is optional, and next to each one there is a “don’t know” button. The indicator at the top only shows what is still missing for a quote. We will measure the rest ourselves, free of charge.
What is the MP-XXXXX code?
The MP-XXXXX code is a short number for your configuration in the 3D configurator. You can read it out over the phone and we will open your car, so nobody has to take down the parameters by ear. The same code appears in the link, in the spec sheet and in the request.
How can I show the car to the homeowners’ association board or a designer?
The “Save” button in the configurator creates a link for Viber or Telegram and a printable PDF specification sheet: four views, a list of selections, a QR code, the design code and our phone number. Anyone who opens the link will see the same car and can view it from all sides.
Will a hospital bed, wheelchair or sofa fit?
The “Scale” button in the configurator places a person, four people, a pushchair, a bed trolley, a sofa, a fridge, a pallet or a vehicle in the car to assess the proportions. The image is approximate and does not guarantee clear entry; the engineer will make the final check against the drawing.
Why are some options unavailable?
Not all finish and equipment options can be combined. For example, hospital mode removes glass walls and keeps those that are easy to wash. If you click an inactive option, the panel will show the reason. Requirement modes (accessibility, hospital, vandal resistance) leave only compatible options.
Is my photo behind the glass sent anywhere?
No, the photo behind the car glass opens only in your browser and is not sent to the server. We will see it only if you attach the file to your request yourself.
Will the picture exactly match the finished car?
The car in the configurator is a rendering. We take the shape and finishes from the manufacturer’s catalogue, but every screen displays colours differently. Glass tint, stone and decor should be checked on samples before ordering; you can ask for this in your request.
Are there panoramic and round cars here?
Yes, the configurator includes cars with glass walls and tinted glass, as well as polygonal, semicircular and round cars. For special shapes the dimensions are calculated by an engineer, so the shaft plan for them is approximate.
What happens after I send it?
The request with the code, image and list of your selections comes to us. We will call you back within one working day, clarify anything missing and, if needed, arrange a site survey.
